Release works sometimes, not sure why. Please help.

Hello, When I submit a batch of photos some of them come back with a release issue even though other files in the same batch, with the same release for the same person will be accepted.
Then to correct the issue I send the same release again and it usually works to get the image accepted.

Not sure what I am doing wrong.

What other information do you need so we can get this resolved?

It's very time consuming to correct an image and I would rather use that time creating more content. Thank you.
