When you contact contributor support, be sure you indicate the asset number for which asset you are requesting the refund of your credits. 

I don’t understand what you’re asking and much less the way you are going about it with “ai garbage”

You need to contact your customer service representative at Contact Adobe support. At the bottom center of the page at the top of the gray area is a Contact Us link to open the chat.
