Request for Account Validation Issue Resolution on Adobe Stock Contributor Platform

My Adobe Stock Contributor account is blocked, I do not receiv any mail, why my account is blocked without mentioning any reason.

 

What Can I do now. Please help me.

Validation issues are shown, when Adobe suspects a violation of the terms and conditions of your contributor agreement. The community cannot help you. Adobe wont discuss the reasons publicly here. You need to do what the screen tells you to do. Adobe will answer by mail, so watch your spam folder. Do not send multiple requests in short time intervals. That wont get you a faster answer. 

 

Most validation issues are:

  • spamming: sending multiple assets that are nearly the same.
  • suspicious sales activities.
  • submitting assets that you do not have a right to submit: copyrighted assets, public domain assets (that are not yours), …

 

If you have contacted Adobe, you need to wait.
