Request for Clarification on Video Rejections Due to Quality Issues

Dear Adobe Stock Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’ve recently had several video submissions rejected due to “quality issues,” and I’m reaching out to better understand the specific reasons behind these decisions. All of the videos were captured under what I believe to be optimal conditions, and from my perspective, they meet the expected standards.

Could you kindly provide more detailed feedback or examples of what might be considered problematic in these files? I’m eager to improve and ensure that future submissions align with your quality requirements.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Warm regards, MAEDE

We need to see ONE video to be able to explain the quality issue. The video needs to be made available in the quality as submitted. If your video is generative AI, check for artefacts and inconsistent movements.

Of course, Quality & Technical Issues vary by content. Since you provided no video for us to critique, see the related discussion below. Perhaps you'll get some insights from the feedback provided to the OP.
