Request for help on technical reasons that caused my 3d work to be rejected.

Hello, my 3d modeling and rendering work was rejected due to technical problems. Can an experienced eye help me as to why this is. Is it a problem that can be fixed with a little retouching, or is it unnecessary to spend more effort on it?

It's exceptional clean, the rendering is near to perfect.

I would remove this stone:

and check this part on the other side:

 

Photoshop details like this one:

 

 

And, to help the potential buyer, remove the "Your design is here". It will be a mess to take that out… Buyers will know what to do. After admission, you could also submit a variant without the sticker. Designers can handle that, and it will create an opportunity for different sticker geometries.
