Request for Review – Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivation

Hello everyone,

I’m writing to seek guidance and request a review regarding the deactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account.

I recently received a notification stating that my account was blocked due to a violation of the Contributor Terms and submission guidelines. However, to the best of my knowledge, I have not submitted any new content for some time, so I am unclear about what may have triggered this action.

I have always made a genuine effort to follow Adobe Stock’s guidelines carefully. My work mainly consists of AI-generated images and videos created using tools such as Freepik Pikaso, ensuring that content adheres to licensing requirements and platform rules.

If any of my previously submitted content has unintentionally violated the guidelines, I fully respect Adobe’s policies. I am completely willing to:

  • Remove any content that may be in violation

  • Accept removal of any associated earnings if required

  • Take corrective steps to ensure full compliance moving forward

I have spent more than a year and a half building my contributor portfolio, investing significant time and effort. This account is very important to me, and I would truly appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues and continue contributing in line with Adobe Stock policies.

If anyone from the Adobe team or community can provide guidance on the best way to proceed with an appeal or review, I would be very grateful.

Thank you for your time and support.

Terms violations occur when users don’t read & understand the rules they agreed to until it’s too late.

You now have time to review the contents here in this forum which explain why an account gets suspended, what you can do, and mainly that you are not addressing an Adobe employee in this forum and that we can not help you. I am sorry that your account is suspended but now you must wait until the internal review is complete and they reach a decision. This can take weeks or even months. If you insist on making contact, use the “Contact us” link provided on your popup window that is shown when you attempt to login. That is why it is provided.

Thank you for your response and for taking the time to explain the situation.

I understand that this forum is not handled by Adobe employees and that the review process must go through the official support channels. I also understand that these reviews can take time.

I have already submitted an appeal through the proper “Contact us” channel and will wait for their response. I posted here mainly to seek guidance and understand if there is anything further I can do from my side during this period.

I truly value my contributor account and I am fully willing to cooperate, including removing any content that may not comply with the guidelines and following all policies moving forward.

Thanks again for your clarification and support.

There is nothing you can do but, wait.
