Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to appeal the recent removal/restriction of my Adobe Stock account/content. I respectfully believe that this action may have been taken in error.

I have always aimed to follow Adobe’s Content Submission Guidelines and Terms of Use carefully. If any of my submitted files unintentionally violated the guidelines, I sincerely apologize and assure you that it was not intentional.

I kindly request you to review my account and the content in question. If there are specific issues or files that caused the restriction, I would appreciate it if you could provide details so that I can take corrective action and ensure full compliance going forward.

Adobe Stock is a very important platform for me as a contributor, and I highly value the opportunity to work with your community. I respectfully request that my account/content access be reinstated.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your positive response.

Sincerely,
Shohag Sikder

Correct answer Abambo

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

There is nothing you can do except use the contact us link and await Adobe's reply. If, after their investigation is completed, they find no violations of the T&C's, your account will be restored.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile before you hear from them other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.'

P.S. You should also not post personal information here such as your email address our of privacy concerns.
