Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support and Community,

My name is Illia Freiberchuk (Adobe ID: [REMOVED BY MODERATOR]. My contributor account was deactivated on July 11, 2025, with the reason given as “ongoing violation of our Terms.” However, I was not provided with specific information about which Terms were violated, and I did not receive any prior warning or explanation that would allow me to correct or avoid the alleged issue.

I respect Adobe’s policies and I want to understand precisely:

  • Which clause(s) of the Contributor Terms or the Adobe Terms of Use were considered violated in my case?

  • Which asset(s), if any, triggered the enforcement action?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Kind regards,
Illia

"Ongoing violation of TERMS" means you broke the rules more than once and probably with multiple assets. That's all the reason Adobe needs to close your account permanently.

Stock doesn't invite repeat violators back. It's too risky for them.

Try submitting content to other services.

Good luck.
