Request payment not working!

Hi!

The text says I have to have earned at least 50€ to request a payment.

Now I have 50.39€ earned and I wanted to try to request a payment but the "Payout" button is gray and nothing happens when I click it.
And also I didn't find any place where to insert my Skrill or Paypal account information.

I have filled the tax information and status is "Validated".
Am I missing something?

Hi, for security reasons, your first payment cannot be requested until 45 days after your first sale takes place. Once the 45 day limit has passed your payment link will be activated and you can make the request. After the first payment you will be able to submit requests any time you reach the minimum payout amount of $50.

I tried with different browser, cleared the cookies but it did not help to solve the problem.

Could you please help to find out and refer to the exact problem why my "payout" button in not active?

Did you try over a different browser? Or cleared the cookies/cache and then checked again?

Just trying to be sure that you have tried all the troubleshooting before escalating.
