Request to add bank transfers — I refuse PayPal, Payoneer, and Skrill for silent support of genocide

Hello!

I am a contributor to Adobe Stock and want to state that I cannot and will not use payment platforms like PayPal, Payoneer, and Skrill. These companies provide services in Israel but do not provide them in Palestine. Although there have been no official statements, this effectively amounts to silent support of genocide and human rights violations in Palestine.

I have contacted Adobe Stock support several times requesting the addition of direct bank transfers (SWIFT) as a payout option, but my requests have been ignored.

I believe Adobe Stock should respect the ethical and religious beliefs of its contributors and offer alternative ways to receive income.

I propose to create a petition demanding the addition of direct bank transfers (SWIFT) for all contributors, so we can receive our rightfully earned money without relying on platforms that support violence and injustice.

I ask everyone who shares my position to support this appeal.

OK. Are you prepared to own the consequences of that choice? Because without an account, you won't receive any royalty fees from Adobe Stock.

PayPal, Payoneer and Skrill are the only options available for getting paid. Stock doesn't do direct bank transfers.

Adobe customer support is customer support and, as such, is not responsible for suppliers. As a contributor, you are a supplier. Adobe has established a contributor support for cases where a contributor needs support. You will need to contact them. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

International transfers from the US or Canada would simply impose such high fees, that I would not be able to retrieve any funds. If Adobe is using certain services, they are doing so because it is practical and economical. If some companies are providing service in one country and not in another, that may have multiple reasons. We can't always know what the exact reason is, but in most cases it is a cost to do business in such a country, if there are no explicit laws disallowing doing business in such a country.

PayPal immediately stopped providing services in Russia when the war with Ukraine began, citing "the current circumstances." However, when Israel launched systematic military actions against the Palestinian people — actions widely recognized by international organizations and human rights advocates as genocide — PayPal continued to operate in Israel without imposing any restrictions. This is a clear example of double standards.

Such selective action shows that the company effectively supports genocide, even if silently — without making any official statements. Meanwhile, Payoneer was founded in Israel and continues to operate there actively despite the ongoing violence.

The current circumstances are sanctions… European banks (PayPal is a European bank, at least they have a banking licence) are not allowed to do business in Russia. There are no sanctions on Israel.

We are contributors like yourself and do not have any say in Adobe's policies. I'd personally like to see direct deposits to my checking account like others do, but I don't see that happening.
