Request to Enable Vector Upload - 20 Approved Photos

    Hello Adobe Stock Team,

I currently have 20 approved photos in my account.

I cannot see the Vector upload option in my account.

There is also a blue banner that says "AI and EPS uploads are temporarily unavailable".

The email address stock.contributor@adobe.com is also bouncing back.

Could you please enable Vector upload access for my account?

Thank you very much for your help.

Correct answer Jill_C

Upload of those file types is temporarily unavailable while Adobe addresses a technical issue. No word yet on how long that will take.

In the meantime, we can still submit JPEG, transparent PNG as well as MOV & MP4 video files.

Adobe is aware. Vector submissions have been suspended while Adobe works to resolve the problem on their end.

Hi @Art_Indo

It is very unlikely that an Adobe staff will see your post and as fellow contributors, we cannot resolve the issue.

The vector upload feature is unavailable to all contributors. All vector uploads are affected, not just for new contributors. No one can submit vector files at this time. There seem to be an issue that cannot be resolved in a hurry. I suggest you watch that blue strip at the top of your contributor account for the resolution notice.

Best wishes
Jacquelin

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. Apparently, Adobe Illustrator and EPS files still cannot be submitted and Adobe is aware of the issue. SWF file submissions are working. Also, in the future, you should not post personal information in this forum such as your email address out of security concerns.

Hi @danielle4S10,

Thank you for the clarification. I understand this is a contributor forum and that EPS/AI uploads are currently closed for new contributors.

I’ve heard...and this could just be one of those “heard it from someone who heard it from someone”, etc., that AI and EPS assets, when purchased, were only downloading as non-vector files.
