Request to Review My Contributor Account Performance

I hope you are doing well.

I am a regular and active contributor on Adobe Stock, and I have been consistently uploading new content to the platform. For a long time, my portfolio has been receiving steady downloads, which has been very encouraging for me as a contributor.

However, recently I have noticed that my downloads sometimes stop suddenly for several days even though my content quality and uploading activity remain consistent. For example, at the moment I have not received any downloads for the last two days, while previously I was getting regular downloads.

As a contributor who is actively working and investing time in creating high-quality content for Adobe Stock, this sudden stop in downloads makes me concerned about whether there might be any issue related to portfolio visibility, indexing, or search ranking.

I would kindly request you to review my contributor account and confirm that everything is functioning normally. If there is any technical issue or any recommendation that could help maintain stable visibility and consistent downloads for my portfolio, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

My goal is to continue contributing quality content and grow with the Adobe Stock marketplace.

    There is no way to ask for a review of your account. Sales fluctuates and that is normal. Your assets visibility is a complex interaction between your uploaded assets, your past sales and customer demand. You may have assets not selling at all for a while and then miraculously starting off again. 

     

    The best way to get a steady sales flow is to continue to upload new assets at a regular pace.

    As we have constantly explained:
    1.  We are not an Adobe employee. We are a contributor like yourself. We have no access to your assets other than your public portfolio. If you want us to look at it, then you must supply us the link.
    2. It is normal that sales fluctuate. There are many factors. Search through posts here in this forum for further information.
