Requesting Constructive Critique For Image That Was Rejected for Quality

Hello, can you help me understand what was wrong with my rejected photography ?

Hello,

There are a few problems.

You will have IP problems - Intellectual Property - so signs on buildings - 'Serendipity' - the buildings themselves can also come under IP.

Composition - remember this is for commercial purposes and not a collection of holiday snaps. The composition of the bridge and clock could be better.

The first image has chromatic aberration. The second image looks like it was taken with a mobile phone camera with a small sensor. The details are lacking. The third and fourth images have signs and logos that constitute intellectual,property and you would need property releases for those.
