Requesting File Removal from Free Collection - Case ID: 00510876
Hello,
I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account.
On May 7, I submitted a support ticket to cancel my agreement for the Free Collection Video (4 files for annual and 3 files for lifetime), request the permanent removal of these files, and return the bonus payment.
Support responded and assured me that the files would be deleted within 48 hours. However, the files are still active in the system. I sent a follow-up email on May 13 to check the progress, but I have not received any response since then.
Could a Community Manager or Moderator please help escalate this ticket to the Adobe Stock team? I want to ensure these assets are removed as previously agreed.
