Hello,

in the upload section there is a side panel on the right where you can see the requirements for images, vectors and videos. Here is a screenshot of the requirements for the vectors:

Could you please elaborate on the Artboard size requirements? Since we are talking about the vector graphic, and the main point of the vector is that it's scalable, why do we have to care about the artboard minimum size at the first place? And megapixel is generally a measure of resolution used for digital cameras while vector graphic is made entirely digitally without cameras being involved. It would be also nice to know if there are any requirements regarding the white space around the object. Let's say we have an icon centered in an artboard, but the size of the icon is noticeably smaller than the artboard itself, which will result in a wide border around the icon. Do you consider this when reviewing submitted images?

The automatically generated preview of an eps file has a very low quality. Often byers only need the preview jpg. That is why the minimum artboard size is needed, so the preview jpg is big enough to be used alone. Not every buyer can handle vector files.

Best is to work with your preferred artboard size and generate a jpg file from Illustrator. Save EPS and JPG to a Zip File and upload the zip.
