Requires a release for watercolor illustrations

I am new to adobe.stock. I am trying to download a collection of watercolor illustrations of vegetables. A few days ago, I started with two illustrations that have been downloaded and are now available for purchase. After checking, I uploaded six more vegetable illustrations. Today we received a notification that a release is required. But which release? The illustrations are absolutely simple, made without reference. I don't really understand what exactly is required of me, so I ask for help.
