Hi all,

How're you doing? I'm facing low resolution issue on all my photos submissions. It was fine till yesterday. Is it a glitch? Anybody else facing this issue? My landscape images are 8736 x 4896 px while portraits are 5376 x 8064 px. I've also read the submissions guuidelines to see if there are any other problems with my files but nothing crossed my eye that would cause this error. And the error is specifically about the low resolution. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

What is the size in Mb of your asset. Adobe does not allow for files bigger than 45 Mb.

I've just tried both, uploading a too small asset and an asset, that meets the minimal requirements, and it worked for me as expected. Getting an error in the first case and a success in the second.

@Umyr_Faruq3105 and @TwinkleTones:

If there is a resolution issue, you even can't upload the asset, as the resolution gets checked at the upload level. The minimum resolution is 4 mega pixels, which is much less than any today's camera delivers. Even cameras that are twenty years old will meet that criteria. And it's not a refusal error.

You should really post a screenshot of the error, as sometimes the user's interpretation is not the correct one.

@TwinkleTones,

The DPI value (which is in reality a PPI value!) is a non-sense parameter for stock. It won't influence the resolution or the quality, whatever it is set to. You can set it to 1 or 10000, nobody will care. By default, you could set it to 300, but it simply does not matter here.

Yes, I'm talking about at the uploading stage. When i try to upload, I get the resolution issue.

Since @TwinkleTones also reported this problem, I attempted an upload as you described above. Everything was fine.
A screenshot of the error and the original file are needed to review the issue.

I tried again but to no avail. I'm facing this issue while uploading the files. I've attached the screenshot of the error and my image dimensions below.

Did you find any solution for this? How're your uploads going now? Are the files getting uploaded?
