It says the resolution is too small, even though it's an 8832x4992 pixel, 300dpi, 16.2MB picture. When I'm uploading the picture, it's saying this msg

Why not showing us the error message:

This is the message you are describeing, and that message appears, when the resolution is less than 4 mega pixels. 4 Mpx is very small. Higher resolutions pass, I've checked both now. (There are reports that some Adobe sites had issues yesterday, so that may be a possibility if you tried uploading yesterday).

The DPI value (in reality it is a PPI value 😉 ) is irrelevant, and the Mb value is only relevant for a higher than allowed value. 16 Mb is a lot, but it is still in the allowed range.

These are the file technical specs for pixel images (https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/photography-illustrations.html😞

  • Image format: JPEG
  • Color space: sRGB
  • Minimum image resolution: 4MP (megapixels)
  • Maximum image resolution: 100MP (megapixels)
  • Maximum file size: 45MB (megabytes)

Your specs are inside those requirements. My guess is that the picture you are trying to upload is a smaller version of what you intend to upload.

A screenshot of the error and the original file are needed to review the issue.
