Review

Hello,

I have submitted files to Adobe for sale. Adobe states 4 weeks for the review of these files. Some files of mine have been submitted for review for more than 4 months now and are still not ready. What is the reason for this? Are the files still being reviewed?

Yes, the files will still be moderated. The waiting time is currently around 2 months for specific files. Patience will be your best friend.

The date waiting that is shown is based on the upload date. Not on the actual submission date. Could there be a long period between the two actions?

Review times vary based on how many assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue. On average, Photos & Vector Graphics are reviewed in 5-15 business days.  Illustrations & Generative AI could take as much as 1-3 months due to the backlog.

4 months is extraordinary.  I don't think anyone has reported that long a wait before.

Are you sure you submitted the assets properly?

Has there been any unusual activity with your account lately?

I can assure you they are, and four months seems a bit long. Do the pending files actually SAY four months, or doe it just feel like it? It can cetainly seem that way at times. 🙂
