Hello. I have had a lot of photos hanging on my checklist "in review" for over 3 months. New files are verified, but old downloads are not. What could be the reason? Thanks 🙏

This appears to be happening lately. I've had files accepted as soon as two days after submitting them, often mixed with others that are at the 30 day mark. I doubt anyone knows the reason, but I don't think it has to do with anything being broken or old uploads being ignored. We just don't know how images are being doled out to the moderators at this point in time.

First, it's the upload time not the submission time that is shown. So if I upload and submit 3 months later, the asset starts with a 3 months date, but the submission date is much earlier.

Second, if the upload and submission time are quite sequential and not appart, you could always contact Adoe contributoe support or you just delete and resubmit. Don't foreget to save the keywords and title before deleting. However, if the files are in the reminder tab, they are waiting for specific action of yours.

What do you mean with "old downloads". The process is to "upload" assets and then to submit them for review.

They will not be reviewed until they are submitted. The time it takes to review them depends on the type of asset. Photos are taking as long as four weeks and images are taking as long as three months.

I mean that 3 months have already passed since the photos were sent for verification. They hang in the “in review” section. New videos and some photos are verified, but these are not verified.
