Hi, i upload vector files (not ai generated) now it is 16th day but files are still under review, This is my first submission how long it take to approve ?

It can take up to 8 weeks. Sometimes longer. If you upload daily, once your first groups of assests are reviewed, they will normally be reviewed on a daily basis thereafter.
