Review Status Check Illustrations Pending Over 8 Weeks

Hello Adobe Stock Team,

I

I submitted several illustration files for review over 8 weeks ago and haven't received any feedback yet. According to the guidelines, the review process should take up to 8 weeks, but I'm still waiting.

Could you please:

  1. Check the status of my pending submissions
  2. Let me know if there are any issues I need to address
  3. Provide an estimated timeline for the review

Hi Maya,

 

The Adobe stock team is not responding here. We are all (more or less) experienced contributors here. This said: we recommend deleting the assets in the waiting queue for excessive long times. You can delete them anytime, but it still may happen, that they will get moderated soon. I would recommend deleting and resubmitting after 4 to 6 months. And you can delete one or two and resubmit these, and keep the others in the queue.

 

As a side note: Adobe contributor support does not respond to issues like yours. They would be flooded with requests.
