I just learn from a contributor that his photo review time is 1 week and illustrations are reviewed within an hour or up to one day. Therefore, the delay does not affect everyone.

I uploaded 4 weeks ago, the first upload, the maximum they left me was 50 images.
A week ago I received an email that one of the images is approved, that's all. I don't understand how to approve the images? out of a batch of 50 images, they reviewed one and the others were still left pending, aren't they all reviewed at once?
He writes to me that it can take 8 weeks, I am slightly disappointed, I received advice to prepare images and take advantage of the first weeks, when you are a little more promoted, but I have already lost 4 in which the images are waiting...

We don't know how the assets are allocated among moderators, and unfortunately we have no influence on the process.

I have also been concerned about the delays issues. I post on Adobe, Shutterstock and Getty - the others may take a day or two, but I have files in Adobe waiting for over two months, it seems very odd indeed, and make you think if they are going out of business.

Adobe adds up to a million assets to the database each week. They're not going out of business.

Thanks Jill, it made me think if only AI is required. I submit photos and I had stopped submitting assets for over a month, as I still have photos sitting there waiting for review for more than two months. I am going to start submitting again and see how it goes.

Months long wait. I dont bother with this.

I might be wrong. Although I'm negatively affected by the review inefficiencies, in all fairness, I do not think prioritizing AI assets is the primary reason for the long review wait. If I am correct, there should be some visible improvement by the end of October. My contention is not the backlog. My contention is the fact that we are not treated equally. I would more go with the under-staff argument and the summer break suggestion, but I also believe that some reviewers who had already held on to older files for review are pulled to perform other temporary tasks. Again I say I might be wrong. This is my opinion and not the information dispensed by Adobe.

If they had just left in place the long-time "first-in/first-out" rule, we would all feel fairly treated, and there would be some predictability to the review process.

Hi @Jill_C ,

According to what I read, the rule is still in place although evidence says otherwise. I did post in one of these threads how to find it.

We are all experiencing long delays, and there is nothing we can do to hasten the process. Be patient.

It is what it is. You need to wait your turn. There is no way to accelerate this.

Of course there is. Hire more reviewers.

Adobe would surely hire more Moderators if they believed the ROI made it worthwhile. Hiring more moderators is a cost, and unless there is a corresponding increase in sales, isn't justified.

It is true that it depends on the asset. Most of my footage is usually reviewed with a day or two, so is editorial photos.

Some AI fotos are also reviewed before normal photos. Not much logic there...
