Question

Review times and were to reach Adobe support

Hello, 

 

Can someone help me.

I have plus 20 images in review for over 4 months!

I recently upload more images and they were review in days.

Is there a place were I can speack with Adobe review team?

Stock Contributor Support is very slow to respond to inquiries, if they respond at all. 

 

As @daniellei4510 said, delete the languishing assets from your review panel. Rename & resubmit the files. It will be faster than waiting for a reply.

Delete them and resubmit. Preference appears to be given to new submissions. Rename the file names so that they are treated as new.

    Look at your dashboard. At the bottom are links. One of them is labeled "Contact".
