Good photography begins with proper lighting & equipment for the lighting situation. This is not properly lit as it's too late in the day and there's insufficient natural light on the foreground. Insufficient light leads to lost details, noise and other unwanted problems. Sadly, this cannot be corrected in post-editing.
For best results while you're learning, keep natural sunlight overhead or behind your shoulder. You'll get better results and have more fun. Later, as you gain more experience and perhaps better equipment, you can tackle more advanced techniques.
