Rotulagem de IA em fotografia editada

Question

Estou na dúvida se preciso rotular minha fotografia levemente alterada com IA.Exemplo: Fotografei uma série de equipamentos/gadgets antigos e incluí uma iluminação diferente ou elementos gerados com IA nas telas (pós processamento). Nesse caso eu preciso informar que é IA mesmo quando os objetos da cena são reais?

What does not need marking:Removal of distractions, that do not substantially alter the image.Removing noise using AI-driven programsSharpening using AI-driven programsWhat does need marking:Additions to an otherwise photographic assetEverything that substantially modifies the asset using AIIt’s up to you to determine, if you used AI to substantially modify any part of the asset. If in doubt, it is probably safe to mark it as AI generated, even if part of the image is taken from a photographic asset.

Generally speaking, if anything is added, rather than removed, it should be labeled as AI. Even lighting effects.
