I have a "big" problem with the sales department that I have just called three times and who does not understand or absolutely does not want to understand my problem
I have a contributor account
And I have a full creative cloud subscription that ends on August 31 (over 700 euros)
last year I had someone tell me that I had to call at renewal time to get the free contributor account app
(I've been missing out on this free offer for two years)
I had three people on the phone
And I only got crazy answers
The last one even explained to me (calling herself a sales department specialist) that the "adobe contributors" account had absolutely nothing to do with "Adobe creative cloud", that it was an adobe reseller... that reseller gifts didn't work for "creative cloud" and that I had to go to the reseller for the free application .... and that, on the phone, I was with the adobe company for the renewal creative cloud ...
And she even hung up on me
because not only did she not listen to what I said to her
but in addition it was nonsense !!!
are they call centers?
is it sub-contracted with girls who read their screen?
How do I get someone knowledgeable to help me?
