sales department / full creative cloud subscription / free contributor account app

Good morning

 

I have a "big" problem with the sales department that I have just called three times and who does not understand or absolutely does not want to understand my problem
I have a contributor account
And I have a full creative cloud subscription that ends on August 31 (over 700 euros)
last year I had someone tell me that I had to call at renewal time to get the free contributor account app
(I've been missing out on this free offer for two years)

I had three people on the phone
And I only got crazy answers
The last one even explained to me (calling herself a sales department specialist) that the "adobe contributors" account had absolutely nothing to do with "Adobe creative cloud", that it was an adobe reseller... that reseller gifts didn't work for "creative cloud" and that I had to go to the reseller for the free application .... and that, on the phone, I was with the adobe company for the renewal creative cloud ...


And she even hung up on me
because not only did she not listen to what I said to her
but in addition it was nonsense !!!

are they call centers?
is it sub-contracted with girls who read their screen?
How do I get someone knowledgeable to help me?

it seems incredible to have this kind of response at Adobe …
it's like being at Orange or SFR...


How can I do ?

I am amazed!!!

It seemed so incredible to me to have had these answers

The girls don't even know what they're talking about
And don't even know what Adobe includes?

Is it really possible at this level?

    The sales lady (ladies) are completely correct. For contributing you do not need a Creative Cloud subscription. And if you have a Creative Cloud subscription, you may or may not contribute. So both are completely disconnected.

     

    If someone told you to call at renewal time, you should ask that someone what that means. There is no such thing like a free contributor account app. 

     

    What you have is a reward program, that offers you a complementary subscription under certain conditions. To be part of that program, you need to fulfill certain conditions, like having a certain number of sales and new uploads/submissions. This is a completely disconnected action and concerns ONLY Adobe stock.

    (BTW: you can write in your local language, which is probably French. Your reference to the French telecom operators is not understandable to the international participants here)

    Il y a une mauvaise lecture du problème de départ :

     

     

    J'ai un abonnement Full creative Cloud ET un compte contributor

    dans ce compte contributor ... une application m'est offerte grace au volume de mes ventes ... 

     

    je demandais de l'aide pour beneficier de l'offre "app offerte" au moment du renouvellement de mon abonnement Full Creative CC .... 

     

    Juste savoir comment, où et quand, je dois rentrer le "code" de l'app. offerte lors de mon renouvellement de Full CC ?

     

    C'est le service commercial qui me renvoie au compte de contributor .. pas moi ... pour elles, c'est un revendeur ... comme si je renouvellait Full CC chez "ce revendeur" ...

      Are the referring to the complimentary subscription you get with a certain number of sales?

       

      If this is the case, then customer support can't help you with this.  Did you receive a code for a complimentary subscription?

      The person you talked to was 100% right. Being a contributor has absolutely zero relationship with or impact on a creative cloud subscription. They are completely different things and different parts of the company. Less than 1/10th of 1% of CC licensees, if I remember the number correctly, are Adobe Stock contributors, and even then the two are unrelated. And many Stock contributors may not be CC subscribers. I'm not sure why you thought these things would/could be related.

      can you give more detail or post an adobe link to the app you're seeking?
