Search in the Buyer portal for images with the same keywords as yours. That will help you to understand how much competition you have. Searching for a single apple on a white background is going to result in thousands of hits. If yours is many pages down in the search results, it won't be found or,licensed by Buyers.

Good point, probably not too high expectations to get high in the rankings. As for payout, it seems it's $0.33 per downloaded picture, regardless if it's an actual picture or if it's an AI-generated render.

As for video it seems to be $7.00 per downloaded video, even if it's just a 5 seconds clip AI-generated video clip based on a text prompt? That's an insanely high price for the effort required!

Not 33 cents, 33%.

Royalty rates are a percentage of the collected fees. 33% for images, 35% for videos.

Fees vary by which plan the customer has (10, 25, 40 750.../month), and the type of license they purchase (standard, extended or enhanced).

To secure a steady passive income, you will need a large portfolio of commercial quality content that appeals to a wide range of global customers.  And you must keep adding fresh content that's in current demand.  The more sales you make, the more visible your work is to other potential customers.

Good luck.

This particular asset should not have been accepted due to rendering errors, particularly buttons, and the random addition of illogical objects. The clock face is poorly drawn as well.

Maybe nothing. How do you expect us to answer that question? It all depends on what the market is looking for, whether or not your assets can be found, and the quality of your assets.
