Can I submit the same images/vectors/videos to adobe stock and Shutterstock?

While we cannot confirm the terms of your agreement with Shutterstock, the Adobe Contributor Agreement clearly states that Adobe does not claim exclusive rights to your assets.

Adobe stock does not claim to have the exclusive. So yes, if you respect the rules of other stock sites, you can do that.
