Same type work muscular-themed artwork

I found this person who has similar muscular-type assets, and not just 5, not just 10—all their pages are filled with the same type of muscular-themed artwork, like a Muscular Duck-Human Hybrid with an Intense Stare. I don’t understand anything anymore. Shouldn't there be a limit to how many similar images you can upload? On Adobe's page, it says you're not allowed to upload more than 3, though sometimes I also upload more, within reason. Who knows how many other people like this are flooding the pages with the same type of content?

Or maybe I’m not seeing things clearly, and those assets aren’t actually similar—maybe there are some differences between them, though I don’t really notice any… (maybe some have more abs than others). I guess that would count, I have no idea. Still, how long would it take to flood so many pages with the same type of content? I’m not allowed to upload more than 500 images (that’s my limit), and I’ve never uploaded 500 images of the same kind or with the same type of content.

Hi @Vision350771902ejx ,

There are slight difference with muscular tone and gesture. However, too much of a small difference not to be counted as similar. It beats me that these were accepted in the first place.  We are looking at hundreds of the same bird. Currently Adobe is removing duplicates, hence, I believe similar submissions will be considered in this exercise. There is a good chance that this account will be suspended.

You continue to follow the guideline as you understand it being outlined by Adobe. That is the only way to keep your account safe.

Best wishes

I counted the number of images, and there are around 600 images of a single animal that are similar (almost identical), with the same title and the same keyword. The only difference is the muscular tone. With a simple search, those images can be found – 'Muscular Anthropomorphic,' 21,000 results, and, of course, on the first page, there is also one of his lucky images among hundreds of such images.

You're correct. This shouldn't happen. It will catch up to this contributor eventually, and they'll post here, saying, "My account was banned and I don't understand why."

Unfortunately, a report button would have been useful. I don’t know if such a button existed before. Now it doesn’t, and there is no way to report people who upload similar assets of the same type. (If someone were to upload a muscular-themed asset, they wouldn’t stand a chance of selling anything from 5-10 such images because this person has 1,000 images with the same theme), which is not fair. Thus, if there were a database of muscular-themed images and a total of 10,000 such images uploaded, this person would own 10% of all the images uploaded by hundreds of users. I haven’t uploaded that many images from the same prompt, so everyone would have a chance to sell an image from the same set if everyone uploaded a more reasonable number of images. I’d say a maximum of 20 images from the same set and the same prompt would be fair. Now, the limit seems quite small to me—3 or 4 images—because a set of images could have up to 20, covering all angles and possible scenarios. (But in this case, it’s exaggerated since this person has all their pages filled with the same image.)

I think 3-4 is plenty. In any event, his individual not only has similar images, but dozens that are virtually identical, right down to his last page.
