Scam email led to My account was blocked for unusual events regarding your recent sales.

I recieved notice while logging into my adobe contributor account "Your account has a validation status issue. You should  Contact Us."  Upon filling out this form, I was contacted by Diego Gomez from Adobe Artist Relations explaining :

"Thank you for contacting us. Your account has been blocked because we have been notified of unusual events regarding your recent sales. As a result, an investigation has been opened and your account will remain blocked. If anything changes, our security team will reach out to you directly via email with more details."

My account is fairly new and while launching my photography portfolio on Adobe Stock I had made a social media post sharing my portfolio url. The same day I created my stock portfolio I was contacted by a stranger on instagram who advised me they had purchase 4 of my photos, they advised me they would purchase more in the future but wanted me to send them cryptocurrency in advance to purcahse more than they alread had. I did not reply to the message or agree as I felt it was a scam email. I continued to use my portfolio as usual and upload my photography, about a week went by and now my account has been blocked for "unusual events regarding recent sales" 

I have no cooperated in any unusual events regarding my sales, I feel like I am being attack by someone, I would like to cooperate in any efforts to restore my account. I wish I had protection from this sort of thing, as I did not agree to it, I don't know if it's a competitor that did this or just someone attacking me through social media.
