Scam photographer selling Stock photos

I have recently purchased a photograph via Adobe Stock however the photographer's lawyer sent me a copyright infrigmnet notice. Then I had to provide my extended licnese number and still they are demanding money for a huge number.  Is there a way for me to report this person to adobe?

On one hand he is making money selling stock photos and and on the other hand he makes fraduage copyright claimes and demands even more money. Any lead would be greatlt appreciate it .
