Schengen visa - intellectual property refusal

Hello. I just took a photo of a Schengen visa in my passport. But it was not accepted for the reason - Intellectual property. A year ago, I already sent similar photos and they were accepted. Has anything changed since then? Where can I read more? Thanks.
