Second Urgent Follow-up – Adobe Stock Contributor Account Suspension Appeal

Dear Adobe Contributor Support Team,

I am writing this as my second urgent follow-up regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account suspension.

  • Account Deactivation Date: July 11, 2025

  • First Appeal Submitted: July 17, 2025

  • Second Appeal Submitted: July 29, 2025

  • Previous Follow-up Sent: August 8, 2025

It has now been over one month since my first appeal, but I have not received any response or update. This prolonged silence has left me in a very difficult situation.

This account is my only source of income. I am a single parent of 5-year-old twin daughters, with no parental support or external help. The sudden loss of my account has caused serious financial and emotional hardship for my family.

I fully understand the mistake I made regarding Adobe Stock’s submission guidelines, particularly related to generative AI content. I sincerely apologize and respectfully request one final opportunity to contribute honestly, adhering strictly to all Adobe Stock policies. I am willing to have all my current files deleted and start over.

I kindly request that you escalate my case to the Contributor Relations management team and provide me with a status update as soon as possible. I am happy to provide any additional verification or clarification if needed.

Thank you for your time, understanding, and urgent attention to this matter.

With respect and sincerity,
Md Saju Sardar

Per the terms of this forum, you must not include any personally identifying information in your posts.

Adobe does not monitor this forum, and you will not receive a response from an Adobe employee here. There is nothing that the contributor community can do to help you restore your account.  You'll just have to wait for a response from Adobe to your appeals. It can take months for them to complete their investigation.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

It's been barely a month (Monday - Friday).

Your appeal could be declined.

  • Work on other projects.
  • Submit to other services.
  • Clearly, you need additional income other than Stock.

Sending multiple emails or appeals can potentially slow down the investigation. If you have a case number, there is nothing you can do to speed up the process.
