Seeking Advice on Resolving Account Deactivation

Hello Adobe Community,

I am reaching out to share an issue I’ve encountered as a contributor to Adobe Stock. For the past seven months, I have been actively uploading over 87,500 high-quality AI-generated images designed to meet the platform's guidelines and standards.

Recently, my account was deactivated without a clear explanation. This has been a major setback, as I have invested significant time and effort into creating and sharing my work on the platform.

I am reaching out to seek advice from those who may have experienced a similar issue. Are there any steps I can take to appeal this decision or address any potential misunderstandings?

Any guidance or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and support.

Your account was probably deactivated because there is no conceivable way you could have uploaded 87,500 "quality" images in seven months' time. That said, your only option is to use the "Contact us" link visible when you attempt to access your dashboard and ask Adobe for further details.

Thank you for your response regarding my account deactivation. I understand your concerns about the volume of images uploaded within seven months. However, I would like to clarify that producing and uploading 87,500 images in this time frame is entirely feasible, given the tools and processes I use.

Daily Upload Limit: Adobe's daily upload limit of 3,000 images allows for significant contributions over time. Utilizing this limit consistently, I was able to upload content efficiently and within the platform's guidelines.

AI-Assisted Creation: All my submitted images were generated using artificial intelligence tools, which streamline the creative process. This technology enables me to produce high-quality, original content quickly and in large quantities while adhering to Adobe's standards.

I assure you that all my content is original, created by me, and fully complies with Adobe's policies. I kindly request a review of this misunderstanding, as I believe my account has been deactivated unfairly.

Please let me know if additional information or clarification is required to resolve this issue. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I get how AI works. I've been submitting AI for the past two years. During this time, I've managed to submit 4500+ images while editing and uploading daily, including weekends.

But that's beside the point. We can not be of assistance here, and you can argue all you want on this forum that your images are of high quality, that you have adhered to all the rules, etc. We are contributors, not Adobe employees, and we can be of help in getting your account back, if it can be reestablished at all. Investigations can take days, weeks, or even months, depending on how many other investigations are ahead of yours. As far as appealing is concerned, you can't appeal when you don't even know what the problem is to begin with.
