I want to learn from my mistake , coorect me how i improve and what wrong with my image . Is i need stop to submit ?

Yes, assets can be re-edited to remove flaws and then resubmitted; however, if it gets rejected again, I would probably just discard it and move on.

You're very first one with the black dog. Again, copy the eye on the left and paste it over the eye on the right and darken as needed. I haven't looked over all of these, but at least the few of the errors are fixable.

I see various drawing errors in some of these. You should zoom in between 100-200% and carefully inspect every area of the images. If you can't edit to fix the errors, discard them.
