seeking feedback on a rejected image

It's difficult to know how the Moderators review such abstract images, but there are a few smudges that appear to be artifacts of some sort. What is the meaning of the "WhatsApp" label in the file name?

I don't know if Adobe Stock is accepting more backgrounds/wallpapers. They already have gazillions of them in inventory.

What was the rejection reason?

- Quality/technical issues

- IP violation

- Aesthetic/commercial appeal

- Non-compliant file type
