Seeking help: Account deactivated since September 11 – No response to Appeal

I'm contacting you because I've been unable to provide any information for over three months. My account was suspended on September 11, 2025. Since then, I've tried contacting support several times via the link provided on my deactivated account page, but unfortunately, I haven't received a response. I filed a formal appeal on October 30, but I haven't received a response since.
My appeal number is 00453399.
I still haven't received an email explaining the specific reason for the suspension. I suspect it may have been due to a temporary surge in sales of my seasonal content, which is typically popular at this time of year. However, I'm not 100% certain due to lack of communication.
I want to emphasize that I take Adobe Stock's policies very seriously and have never intentionally violated any rules. I value our partnership with Adobe and have always strived to be a high-quality contributor.
It's been over three months, and the silence is incredibly frustrating. Could someone from the Adobe team please look into my case or let me know if I'll ever hear back? I would greatly appreciate any help or assistance in resolving this situation.
