Question
[Seeking Help] Account Stuck at "Submission Limit Reached" Despite Empty Pending Queue
Hello everyone,
I'm an Adobe Stock contributor, and I'm facing a very confusing issue with my submission limit. I'm hoping to get some insight from the community or an official moderator.
I'm currently receiving the "Submission limit reached" error, which prevents me from uploading any new content.
Here is what I've checked:
- Review Status: I have thoroughly checked my "Pending Review" queue, and it is completely empty. All my previously submitted files have been reviewed (both accepted and rejected/deleted). This means the limitation is not due to "too much content pending moderation."
- Submission History: My recent submission volume is very low, and I am certain I have not exceeded any weekly submission limit that would normally apply to my account.
- Account Status: My account is in good standing, with no violation warnings or notifications.
Submission Performance Context (Potentially Related):
I also want to provide context regarding my submission performance, as this might be related to a dynamic limit adjustment:
- My first batch of submissions had the highest acceptance rate and the fastest review time.
- Subsequently, the acceptance rate for similar batches of images has drastically declined to less than 50%, and the review time has significantly increased. There are some screenshots from updating e-mail to demonstrate my situation
The error has persisted for over 5 days now (since October 25, 2025 GMT+8). I have about 122 images (Photos and Illustrations) that I am currently unable to submit.
Has anyone else experienced this issue where the pending queue is clear, but the submission limit remains active? I suspect the dynamic limit based on performance may be bugged.
I would appreciate any advice or if an official moderator could please look into this unusual account restriction.
Thank you for your help.
