What do you mean by you can't sell illustrations and create an account? Is it that you cannot create an Adobe account (sign-up on Adobe)? Is it that you have signed up with Adobe (thus creating an Adobe account) and upload illustrations but none got sold?

If the latter is correct how long since you start uploading illustrations and how many have you uploaded so far?

If the former question is correct what happen when you try to create an Adobe account (or sign-up)?
