Hi everyone.

Is it allowed to sell or transfer my Adobe Stock Contributor account to someone else? Please clarify.

You can contact a lawyer and transfer your original images & rights to whomever you want.  That's between you and the recipient.

Your Adobe Contributor Account is an agreement between you and Adobe Stock, nobody else.

If you quit or retire, you should close your Adobe account.

Shutterstock allows this, but not Adobe to the best of my knowledge. Even then, Shutterstock requires that they be involved in the transfer of copyright.

I'm not sure about this. It should be possible to transfer a whole "busines" like this. There may even be legal reasons for doing this, like a natural succession. I would however, not assume that there is a standard procedure for doing so.

My suggestion is to check this out with Adobe contributor support.

Not as such. The assets must belong to the acount holder. The account holder must be the person doing transactions and the tax information must be valid.
