Read your Stock Contributor Agreement again. Adobe does not claim exclusive rights to any works you submit to Adobe Stock. If you have posted to other stock agencies, check their agreements to be sure they don't require exclusivity.

Yes. The only conditions are that you control the copyright and that the video conforms to the requirements of Adobe Stock.
