Should I resubmit or let it go?
It is my understanding from reading through forum threads in multiple places that suddenly Adobe Stock is now rejecting for "similar" on a grand scale, even when unwarranted. So, since there is evidently no recourse to appeal, should an image be resubmitted when erroneously rejected for similarity?
It happened with some medical photos I took of a model I hired and I blew it off (none were similar, other than the same model...I made sure of it as I had a shot list of scenarios to avoid duplication), just thinking it was an anomaly. It then happened with a model I hired for a ranch session. Same thing. I had a shot list so none would be duplicated and they were not. I was upset but ok, whatever. Can't fight the system.
However, I just got another "during our review we found that it's similar to another image(s) you've already uploaded" and it's absolutely not true. I just took photos of that place for the first time. I looked through my entire portfolio to see what could have possibly been remotely similar to an area I had not been before and there are none that are remotely similar.
Should I resubmit? I am getting so frustrated now. It seems people can submit 50 of the same thing with only minute chages via AI but photos are being rejected for similar when they aren't and I don't get it. I don't even know what to submit anymore but I'll tell you, I'm tired of paying models to be rejected for similar when they aren't. I guess AI is the only way to go now? Is that it?
#1: Should I resubmit a rejected item that is absolutely not similar to any other that I uploaded but was rejected for being similar to what I uploaded?
#2: Should I just stop submitting photos all together and just jump on the AI bandwagon?
