Showing emblematic building in a photo/video

Hi, is there any problem if I want to upload a photo and it shows a emblematic building? Could I receive royalties in that case or would I infringe any rule?

I want to be sure before publishing something I have no rights to.

Thanks

See Known Image Restrictions below.  These are just some but not all restricted landmarks & locations. Contributors need to do their own homework to ensure they're not submitting images of protected property.  Check the landmark's website if you're not sure.

As a general rule, most modern buildings are protected by copyright and you will need to have a property release of the owner and/or architect.

We'd probably have to see the image in question, along with the title and keywords, in order to make an assessment. If the image breaks any rules, it simply won't be accepted.
