Before you submit, compare your highest quality work with available Stock inventory to ensure that 

1) it's something that Stock really needs, 

and 

2) it's unique in some way that separates it from other inventory.

Rejections due to existing similars in the database are not necessrily considered spam; however, if you had too many similars within your submission, that can be considered spam. In other words, if you included more than 3 images that were similar in your batch, you were submitting spam.
