If the eps is approved, there are likes and the moderator can see that it is handmade, with high quality and after the script moves the file to similar content, this is a very cool motivation for new works, bravo.

This does not make a lot of sense to me. If you experience the similar refusal: congratulations and welcome to the club. You may try to resubmit after a while by refining the metadata. As for the rest, Adobe claims that those refusals are warrented. There is nothing you can do about this.
