Similar content in our collection (a lot)

Question

So, recently, for the last 200 or so images (transparent png, jpg, illustrations), i started to get a lot of Similar content in our collection.
Any insight on what is triggering this, i'm starting to think this is some kind of automatic process. And the content that i sumbit is not a collection or one type. Could they be giving the wrong rejection reson?

If you followed the discussions so far here, then you will notice that very seasoned contributors get hit by this similar issue. And currently, no one has a clue on what triggers this.
