Similar Content Rejection - Is Adobe AI that is rejecting getting it wrong?

I used https://stock.adobe.com/ to do a similar content search after some new images were rejected for 'similar content', and this is what Adobe came up with as similar content. These are totally wrong matches for both content and attribute search, so is the AI that rejects similar content getting it wrong?

I am getting a lot of AI images rejected that should be different enough, or are totally different, and I can see a lot of others are having similar issues. The only similarity I see is in lighting style. I am at a loss on how to get past this.

It really dosent matter. Adobe conclude that everything is fine and we are not aware of what is being checked.

True, that is why most of my photographs get accepted, it's just the AI stuff with the fake similar content issue.

It should have been rejected for quality issues. The 2 sides of the wingback chair don't match.

Should that really matter as the focus is meant to be the girl and retro theme, considering Adobe flagged it as similar content and showed religious scenes as similar content. Retro is usually slight imperfections in old-fashioned styling; if the chair was the key focus, I would agree. With so many being auto-rejected for fake similarity, I am a bit reluctant to spend lots of time getting every detail perfect lately. If it is flagged as quality issues, then I will take a much closer look at the issues, correct where possible and resubmit; otherwise, I will evaluate at 100% with correct exposure only.

Even if it wasn't similar content, it would have been rejected because the legs were on the wrong side.

Thanks, I never look at the greatly overexposing the image to see what details the AI got wrong as it would have blow out so much of the rest of the image, so I would not consider it commercial when blown out.

There are other strange things as well.
Try zooming in to check.
