Similar image

I uploaded an image of a Wood Stork and I got a rejected notice because of a " similar image " that someone says is similar to one already submitted????? I don't get it because I already submitted this image once only. What is the problem. Seems to me that it's a problem to upload an image which is taking me a lot of my time doing and ends up being rejected?
