SIMILAR IMAGE(S) ALREADY SUBMITTED

the platform denied a photo of me claiming "IMAGE(S) OF THE SILAR ALREADY SENT" , however the photo that was similar and I had already sent it was denied for "QUALITY PROBLEMS", so it means that both had quality problems even though it was the second photo was much better treated? If you didn't have quality issues I don't think it's fair to be denied just because another similar image was denied
